Woven KGS Geotextile is the elastic and durable bedding resistant to environmental influences, withstands high tensile loads with insignificant specific elongation; this is the most promising geosynthetic material for strengthening (reinforcement) of weak bases during construction of rail and motor roads, as well as for arrangement of hydraulic structures, namely breakwaters, dams, mooring docks.

Woven KGS Geotextile is made from durable polyester fibres of different mechanical strength.

Woven KGS Geotextile is available in two types: monoaxial (durable along the bedding) and biaxial (highly durable in the longitudinal and transverse directions).

GEOTEXTILE SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Rupture resistance of material is up to 1000 kN/m
  • Low elongation: specific elongation at high loads is not more than 20%
  • Range of operating temperatures is from -60 to +100°С
  • Resistance to ultraviolet radiation and natural alkalis and acids
  • It does not decompose, and is unaffected by mould and fungi, protects the plants’ root system from rodents

Receipt inspection of raw materials is conducted on plant, as well as five-level quality control at all stages of production:

  1. Implementation of control by product lines operators
  2. Conduction of daily acceptance tests in the laboratory in accordance with the requirements of applicable enterprise standards for manufactured products;
  3. Conduction of periodic testing of the entire range of products in the independent accredited laboratory
  4. Inspection control by the authority conducting product certification
  5. Certification and inspection control of Integrated Management System of the enterprise.
